What is La Casa Chic?
La Casa Chic is a rental space, designed by a photographer, for photographers! We are located just ten minutes from San Antonio, in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX. The home is available for professional photographer and their clients.
As a full time photographer myself, I often found myself renting expensive air bnb's for my lifestyle, and boudoir and milk bath sessions, only to shoot for a couple hours but still have to pay the full, and VERY expensive prices + cleaning fees. I knew there had to be a better option! When I purchased this home about a year ago, I turned it into exactly the place I dreamed of shooting in, and after posting a few photos, my inbox was quickly full with inquiries from other photographers also wanting to shoot here. Thus, I decided to share the love, and the idea for La Casa Chic was born!
What are your hours?
La Casa Chic is currently available for rental M-F (9am-3pm) by appointment only. As mentioned above, I live here as well, so we are currently only offering rentals during school hours when my daughter is not home- since as I'm sure you know, boudoir and kids don't really mix! ;)
Any special rules?
You must carry general liability insurance for your photography business to shoot at La Casa Chic. Proof on insurance may be asked for upon booking. But other than that, not too man rules around here! When booking La Casa Chic, you will have access to the entire home for your scheduled period of time, including access to our huge Jacuzzi tub if needed for boudoir or milk bath sessions . We just ask that you leave things the way you found them and treat our home as if it was your own. Oh, and MUST LOVE ANIMALS. We have cats and two small dogs, we will put them outside if you'd prefer, but if the weather is bad, they will be inside.
What are the rates?
1 Hour: $75
Up to 3 Hours: $150
4 or More Hours: Pricing dependent upon date and availability. Please contact us.

Can I rent the space for an event?
No, La Casa Chic is available for rentals for photo shoots only.
